Luxury vinyl floor tiles are so easy to install making them ideal for most home improvement projects. You can either DIY or get a professional to do it at very affordable rates. The various options for installing vinyl tiles are: 1) Peel & Stick 2) Glue Down 3) Interlocking or Floating 4) Loose Lay Installation. Special vinyl tile underpad might be required for Strata Operated Buildings with IIC (Impact Insulation Class) Ratings for any method of installation (floated or glued down), and we will gladly accommodate these requirements.
Luxury Vinyl Tiles Maintenance
Luxury vinyl tiles are water and stain resistant which makes them exceptionally easy to clean. The wear layer absorbs the force exerted and is less prone to breakage and cracking, especially in comparison to ceramic and porcelain tiles. Very little maintenance is needed to keep the floor looking as good as new for years to come. Always use a broom with soft bristles to remove the dirt. Use clean water and a mop to clean. Try to clean any spills immediately. Don’t use harsh cleaning chemicals. Don’t drag furniture across the floors.
